This plugin can automatically or manually sync your orders to ChinaDivision, and it also supports returning and updating your order with the ChinaDivision tracking number. #### How to Install a Plugin To install and activate your new plugin/extension: * Go to https://www.chinadivision.com/woocommerce-order-fulfillment download the plugin .zip file to your computer. * Go to: WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New to upload. * Click Upload Plugin at the top. * Click Choose File and select the .zip file you downloaded in step 1. Select Choose. * Click Install Now. * Activate the plugin. * Go to: WooCommerce > Order, Click the Setting button at the top. input your ChinaDivision apikey and order prefix. #### How to find ChinaDivision apikey? You can log in to the [ChinaDivision.com](https://www.chinadivision.com) , click on your personal avatar in the upper right corner of the dashboard page, and find it in the settings option. #### What does ‘order prefix’ mean? If your order prefix is “CD_” and the order number is “1001”, after synchronizing to the ChinaDivision, the order number will be “CD_1001”. #### ChinaDivision.com Privacy Policy When using this plugin, your domain information will be recorded and saved through ChinaDivision’s domain https://stapi.cnstocm.com for the purpose of returning and updating your order with the ChinaDivision tracking number. There are so many options for both domestic but most importantly international.Many shipping software don't have Fedex as an option, you have to add your own account. Fedex has a new shipping option, International connect plus that is so affordable and quick. (Fedex only allows this if you have your own account if you ship 30k worth of packages a year.) None of my customers say that there are additional brokerage fees yet.The userface is really easy to use. You can do bulk edits very easily. You can merge same destination shipments (woocommerce does not let you do that, you need an app). There is a feature that lets you automatically add insurance. You can create a manifest. You can track the packages easily and ask for a refund for the label and insurance claims, and when you process the labels the custom forms populate with the shipping labels.On my computer the software lags extensively, and there are printer issues that emerged, as in the software would not populate shipping labels and if it did it would not be formatted correctly. I was told to use a different browser and that did fix the printer issue. Dhl is much cheaper on woocommerce, sometimes as much as $20 and shopify offers free DHL pickup with the purchase of the label.The really cool feature is what your customers see at checkout. They will see 3 options, cheap, middle, and quickest/most expensive. Then, your international customers will also see what they will pay in taxes and duties. That feature was on my site for the first 2 years. Then, it wasnt. I contacted Chinadivision and they said it was woocommerce, I contacted woocommerce and they said it was Chinadivision. It is a bit on the pricy side and what I consider really bad is zero protection against internal/carrier frauds. When I ship 10 boxes and only 9 arrives, the warehouse will sign that they got 10 boxes. Thus, I cannot do dispute anything with the carrier, and Chinadivision won't take responsibility. In the beginning we had some hiccups and then things improved as we moved along. They have been quick to create solutions for problems that we have encountered. We use their service mostly to fulfill our wholesale B2B order to major retail companies such as CVS, Walmart, and Target. We continuously send them containers directly from our factory. Outsourcing the work has helped us focus on what matters the most and that is selling.
