Scheduled & Automatic Order Status Controller for WooCommerce plugin lets you schedule automatic WooCommerce order status changes.

For example: automatically change order status to cancelled, when 24 hours have passed since order status was set to pending.

Installation

  1. Upload the entire plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
  3. Start by visiting plugin settings at “WooCommerce > Settings > Order Status Rules”.

Using this plugin and the extra functionality added by the support for a free plugin, I now use this to mark order as completed by clicking a button in my “new-order-mails”. I don’t have to navigate to the correct order and mark it manually any more. Great experience, would recommend.

The plugin offers some advanced option to automate status changes, including for custom order statuses, and to track status changes on both front and back end. But more importantly, their support is very responsive, adds functionality requested by users and helps with small customisations.
